I will not hold Critter Clinic, LLC, the doctors or the staff liable for any problems that develop provided reasonable care and precautions are followed. I understand that if a problem arises with my pet(s), he/she will be treated as deemed best by the doctors and staff involved. The staff will ATTEMPT to notify someone, if possible, prior to any treatment. I understand that I will be held responsible for the costs incurred for any treatment or medications administered while boarding.
